We appreciate your interest in our gastronomic activities. To ensure an exceptional experience for all participants, we have established the following cancellation and attendance policies. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions described herein.

General Information
ā
Not all of our activities are available in both Spanish and English. The tour experiences “Relatos” are conducted simultaneously in both languages, unless a private group requests a specific language, which will incur an additional fee.

For large or private groups, we recommend contacting us before making your reservation so we can offer customized solutions regarding schedule, language, content, or venue.

1. Events, Experiences, and Talks
Events have numbered tickets and limited seating. The following policies apply:

Cancellation between 2 and 5 days in advance:
Only rescheduling is offered, subject to availability. -
Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance:
No refunds or rescheduling will be provided due to operational expenses already incurred. -
Punctuality:
We allow a 15-minute grace period after the event has started. In case of late arrival, access may be restricted until the first possible intermission to avoid disrupting the experience of other attendees.

2. Courses, Workshops, and Diploma Programs
ā
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and General Policies for Courses and Workshops
Courses and workshops are open to the public with limited seating. Your spot is reserved exclusively once your registration is confirmed. Therefore, no refunds are issued under any circumstances. The following policies apply:

Cancellations:

5 or more days in advance: No refunds apply; however, you may reschedule your participation to another course or workshop, subject to availability.

Less than 48 hours in advance: No refunds or rescheduling will be provided due to operational expenses already incurred.

Punctuality:

A 15-minute grace period is allowed from the scheduled start time.
ā
Late Arrival:
-
Access after the grace period will be at the instructor’s discretion, in order to avoid disrupting the dynamic and experience of other participants.
ā
Mandatory Attire:
To ensure safety and hygiene, participants must wear:

Closed-toe shoes
-
Long pants
-
Hair tied back (with elastic band, bandana, or short hairnet)
At the beginning of the session, a hairnet will be provided if needed. Replacement of a lost hairnet will incur an additional cost.

3. Tours
ā
Street experiences and walking tours are open to the public with limited seating. The following policies apply:

Cancellation between 2 and 4 days in advance: Only rescheduling is offered, subject to availability.

Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance: No refunds or rescheduling will be provided due to operational expenses already incurred.

Punctuality: A 15-minute grace period is allowed once the activity has started.

Late Arrival: Access after the grace period will be at the host’s discretion to avoid affecting the experience of other participants.

Weather Conditions: All experiences take place weather permitting. If conditions do not allow the activity to proceed, it will be rescheduled.

Tour Attire: We recommend wearing comfortable shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, and/or a hat according to your preference.

Rescheduling Process
To request a rescheduling, please contact us via WhatsApp at +52 1 56 1878 4868 during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Please have your reservation confirmation available when contacting us.

Additional Considerations

Dietary Restrictions and Special Needs: When making your reservation, please inform us via WhatsApp of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special needs (wheelchair access, crutches, or other mobility assistance devices) so that we can make necessary accommodations whenever possible.

Minors:

All activities are family-friendly. However:

Minors may not consume alcoholic beverages, even if included in the activity.

Children under 7 years old may only participate under the supervision of a responsible adult, who must sign a liability waiver.

Liability Waiver: Some activities may require participants to complete a liability waiver before participating.

Force Majeure: In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, an experience may need to be rescheduled. If this occurs, our team will contact you in advance to reschedule according to availability.

Admission Limitations: We reserve the right to deny entry or request the withdrawal of individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol, those who fail to comply with the required dress code, disrupt activities, or compromise the order of the group.
